HacWare Feature Requests

I have clients in multiple parts of the world who speak different languages. I'd like to be able to have different groups for different language training courses. It makes it more difficult to manage when I need to maintain additional training courses for different language speakers instead of letting the automated LMS assign trainings on it's own.

Any tables that are on the portal could be sortable by client name, user name, or any other field by clicking on the column header. This would help a ton when trying to quickly get the information needed for a client.

Support SSO SAML identity providers so a user authenticates with the provider and uses this authentication to gain access to HacWare. On October 3rd an MSP customer, requested Microsoft Entra SSO to be included in the list of SAML providers. The Single Tenant View / Customer View should allow a manager of a team to view all direct reports and indirect reports. When they log into the dashboard it will only show the reports of their team.
